TERMS: Our terms are NET 30 DAYS. Payments become due 30 days after the invoice date. Third party collection fees and legal fees, on delinquent accounts, must be paid in full before an account can be reopened.

PRICES: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices reflect single unit cost, except where noted, no quantity discounts allowed. There may be price changes in accordance with our suppliers.

RETURNS: No item will be accepted for return after 30 days from date of purchase, unless it is an item still under warranty. Retain original receipt, for your records, and send a copy of the receipt with any warranty related correspondence or returned items (Warranty is not valid without the receipt). Claims for shortage, breakage or any other reason must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping containers must be kept if shipment is damaged or short. All returns are subject up to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred. If an item was damaged in shipment: Immediately report this type of damage to the parcel carrier and have them file an inspection report to contact the distributor from whom you purchased the item, for further instructions.

All sales of Nutritional Supplement or Food items are final and will not be accepted for return. If a Nutritional Supplement or Food item was damaged in shipment: Immediately report this type of damage to the parcel carrier and have them file an inspection report to contact the distributor from whom you purchased the item, for further instructions. If you are dissatisfied with a food or food supplement item please, let us know.

CANCELLATION CHARGES: Orders may be canceled without charge providing your request is received prior to shipment. If the merchandise has been shipped there will be up to a 25 % restocking fee, plus all freight charges incurred. Please get cancellation conformation to avoid these charges.

FREIGHT: Freight will be prepaid and added to your invoice. Freight charges are part of your invoice and are due accordingly. Freight charges are not discountable.

OTHER ORDER INFORMATION: We reserve the right to split shipments. We sell on first come first serve basis. Where available, substitutions will be shipped if the product ordered is not available or discontinued.
