God's Health Plan
Proper Nutrition
80 - 90% raw fruits and vegetables
Exercise:
30 - 60 minutes per day of cardiovascular exercise
Walking, Running, Biking, Swimming, Hiking
Sunlight
15 minutes per day of sunshine (early morning, 1st hour of daylight, or late evening, last hour of daylight, only)
Water:
At least 10 - 8 oz. Glasses each day (including raw vegetable/fruit juice)
Abstinence From Harmful Substances:
Avoid: Meat, Dairy, Salt, Sugar, White Flour And Drugs
Proper Attitude Of Gratitude:
“In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you”. 1 Thessalonians 5:18
Benevolence:
Show love, affection, goodwill and benevolence to everyone.
Fresh Air:
Get as much outside fresh air each day as possible. (Live away from city pollution)
Proper Rest:
8 hours of sleep each day, in a quite dark room (early to bed and early to rise).
Trust In God:
“The lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my god, my strength, in whom I will trust”. Psalm 18:2
